Plastic Injection Colors is Also Customizable!

The process of customizing toys by changing the PLASTIC INJECTION COLORS:

EXAMPLE CASE No.1

Customer can appoint the injection colors of each plastic part (as well as printing colors) by providong the desired PANTONE COLOR NUMBERS they want, like below:

So below is the final product. (The left one is our factory version, the right one is the customized version according to customer’s color requirments as above.)

Also, you can even directly send us the PLASTIC COLOR CHIPS of the exact colors you want, and we will make the plastic color chips samples as close to your samples as possible.

For example, below are the colors chip samples provided by customer:

So finally customer has approved the colors in this way. Below is the final product we made.

EXAMPLE CASE No.3

If customer is not satisfied with any of the plastic colors, we will modify the colors according to his comments, until he is satisfied. Like the blue color as below.
